A long and hypnotic track with microhouse(ish) elements that drift in an out, “The Coffee Brings You Back” by Kultobjekt is all about the details for me - in particular the heavily reverbed metallic sound that appears every two bars as part of the drums… I listen to this track on repeat quite often while I’m coding. “Bitte 1Bit!” released on 1Bit Wonder.
Beak has released some fine music over the past few years. “Essines’ Hair” is representative, with a catchy combination of guitar and acoustic instruments mixed with frantic beats and samples. From “Bishop Whitney EP [mtk180]“, released on Monotonik.
